The Rap Graffiti L.P. was a bit of wax we bought way back in 85 Just to think its Now over 25 years ago, we purchased it on the Strength of the cover artwork plus the line up of old skool New York Graffiti and D.J. legends like phase 2, Grand Master D.S.T, Fab 5 Freddy not forgetting Futura 2000,

Collab between Legendary aerosol artist Futura 2000 and The Clash is classic Futura 2000 give a voice to New York's graffiti artists on this 80s L.P. it paints a picture of life as a graffiti artist. futura 2000's rhymes are clearly from a time when rap was still in its infancy, giving the album a distinctly dated but real feel. "The Escapades of Futura 2000" has very clever rhymes that give voice to the graffiti artist experiences in his attempt to express himself. As Futura 2000 fills in the details about his urban canvas, Fab Five Freddy provides the backing vocals.
